Same-Day Order Fulfillment:
We understand the importance of timely delivery. That’s why we fulfill all orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
Prompt Shipping:
Once your order is processed, it will be promptly shipped via one of our trusted courier partners, including UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Day & Ross, and more. We strive to ensure that your hot tub cover reaches you as quickly as possible, with delivery times varying based on your location.
Expedited Shipping in Ontario and Quebec:
For our customers in Ontario and Quebec who require faster delivery, we offer an expedited shipping option for an additional $100. This service ensures your hot tub cover is delivered promptly and efficiently. Please select this option at checkout or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Rural Address Shipping:
If you reside in a rural area, please note that a delivery premium may apply for shipping from our depot to your address. We do our best to keep these costs reasonable and will inform you of any additional charges before processing your order.
Shipping Notifications:
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Should there be any issues with your shipping destination, we will promptly contact you to explore a resolution.
