Return and Refund Policy

At SpaScape, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Return/Refund for Incorrect Size:
Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you have selected the wrong size for your hot tub cover. We strongly encourage you to double-check your measurements and consult our sizing guide before placing your order.

No Return/Refund for Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you no longer want the product after purchasing. All sales are final, and we ask that you consider your decision carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns for Damaged Items Only:
We only accept returns if your hot tub cover arrives in damaged condition. To process a return, you must provide detailed photos and videos of the damage along with your proof of purchase. Please send this documentation to us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will review the materials and, if the damage is verified, provide instructions for returning the item.

No Return/Refund After 5 Days of Receipt:
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if more than 5 days have passed since you received your hot tub cover. It is important to inspect your product upon arrival and report any issues within this time frame.

How to Submit a Return Request:
If your hot tub cover arrives damaged and meets the criteria above, please contact us at info@spascape.ca within 5 days of receipt. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and the required photos and videos of the damage. We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
