How to Place a Custom Order

Visit our Aquashell product page and select the custom options that suit your spa cover needs. Make sure to choose all relevant options to ensure your cover fits perfectly.
2. Place Your Order
Once you’ve selected your custom options, proceed to checkout and place your order as usual.
3. Send Us Your Custom Details

- Order Number: This can be found in your order confirmation email.
- Custom Order Details: Provide any specific measurements, shapes, or other custom requirements not covered by our standard options.
- For Custom Graphic Covers: Attach a high-resolution image (300 DPI or higher) in your email. This ensures your custom graphic looks sharp and vibrant on your spa cover.
In case your image is not high-resolution enough, we will contact you for a better image. This helps us prevent any flaws during the creation of your spa cover, as our priority is your satisfaction.
